GINGER TEA recipe for weight loss: burns fat, removes toxins and excess water from the body
In slimming belts, ginger tea always works wonders.
Ginger is one of the most widely used plants in the world, both as a spice, added for taste in food, and for treating and preventing many diseases.
Ginger root is a real enemy of cholesterol and extra pounds, accelerating metabolism and stimulating the digestive system.
Eliminate extra pounds
Studies at Columbia University have shown that ginger is a reliable fighter against extra pounds.
It contains gingerol and other volatile oils (which give it a hot and spicy aroma) that stimulate the burning of fats, the elimination of waste, toxins and excess water from the body.
Slimming cure with ginger tea
The ginger is washed well and put on the grater. Add 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger to 2 cups of water.
When the water starts to boil, turn the heat to low and let the tea boil for about 15 minutes, partially covered with a lid. At the end, it is filtered. Optionally, 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice and / or 1 teaspoon of honey can be added.
Ginger tea speeds up metabolism and stimulates the digestive system
For good results, consume 3-4 cups a day, on an empty stomach, between meals, for a period of 2 weeks. After a break of 7 days, the diet can be resumed.
To intensify the effects of ginger, the last meal of the day should be 3 hours before bedtime.
In fact, ginger tea is not recommended in the evening, because it invigorates the body.
It is an excellent energizer
Ginger tea is an excellent energizer. Ginger root is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2 and C, in minerals: sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, zinc and amino acids such as tryptophan, methionine or valine.
In addition, it contains powerful antioxidants that can reduce free radicals in the body, help detoxify the liver, fight infections and bad breath. It can help lower "bad" cholesterol and increase "good" cholesterol.
Ginger tea is not indicated in pregnancy, lactation, kidney problems / gastrointestinal problems, drug treatments with analgesics or antihypertensives. Do not consume at least 1 week before surgery.
