We soak the yeast in warm water. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, sugar and oregano. Knead a suitable hard dough. Let it rise for an hour.
After the dough has risen, divide it into 4. Spread each piece more lengthwise and raise the edge to give it the shape of a boat.
Grease the dough with beaten egg. We sprinkled meat and vegetables according to everyone's preference. I wrote above what I used, but you can use what you have in the fridge. I put the cheese at the end of baking.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
