I love mushrooms .... in any combination :)
- 8 mushrooms
- 1 string green onion
- dill
- olive oil
- parmesan race
- salt
- pepper

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:
I cleaned the mushrooms from the skin and washed them. I dried them with a paper towel.
I finely chopped the legs of the mushrooms and hardened them in a pan with a little hot olive oil, together with the onion washed, cleaned and finely chopped, salt and pepper to taste. Add a little dill.
Fill each mushroom with this composition and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Put the mushrooms in a non-stick pan (without oil), cover with a lid and leave for a few minutes.
We serve them hot!
