I washed the fish fillet well after it thawed and cut it according to preference. I placed it in a bowl and put the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper on it. I covered it with cling film and left it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
I took out the pieces of fillet on absorbent kitchen towels to get rid of the excess juice.
I beat the eggs well with salt powder like an omelet and I put chopped dill in them.
I gave the pieces of fillets first with wheat flour, then with egg and finally with breadcrumbs mixed with coconut and sesame.
Then I fried them in hot oil.
It turned out very good. I honestly didn't expect the combination of breadcrumbs, coconut and sesame to be so good.
